The Marketing Coordinator will lead and assist in developing and presenting programs and strategies to promote the services of the Turenne family of companies to potential and current customers. This position will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. The main goal for this position is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.


  • Associate degree in marketing, communications, or graphic design or 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications or graphic design role
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude
  • Creative thinker with innovative approach to problem solving
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social Media, etc.) and market research methods

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage the promotions and events calendar including seasonal campaigns
  • Manage teams for promotions and special events; organize event schedules and timelines
  • Coordinate with the creative team on the process of developing, designing, and printing event and campaign materials
  • Coordinate content on social media platforms including Facebook and LinkedIn. Curate and draft content to organically promote campaign activities
  • Coordinate with internal creative and technical teams to ensure communications and marketing materials are developed on time and within budget
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Lead in all Event Planning (paperwork required, reservations, items to display, hospitality suites & booth displays, pack pallets, etc.)
  • Maintain an inventory of all promotional items and reorder as needed
  • Lead in other job functions/duties as needed and assigned
